Lee Canchola, in her role as HR Administrator for MCA Communications, is responsible for staffing, benefits, payroll and enforcing personnel policies. Called upon to wear many different hats in this family owned and operated company, Lee is acutely aware of the power of knowledge, especially when it comes to financial success. She also knows the difference a good budget can make, so she never misses a chance to show others how to make one that can help them and their family live a more stress-free life.

While Lee grew up in Alabama she became a Houstonian in 1995. She really enjoys spending quality family time with her two children and recently taught her daughter how to think creatively by using nature to complete a school project. Instead of buying all the needed supplies at the craft store Lee encouraged her daughter to use imagination and the natural foliage in their yard to complete the project. As a result, her daughter got an A on the project.
