How do I begin using Bill Pay?

To start using Bill Pay, click the "Bill Pay" option in the top menu of your Home Banking account.

What information do I need to provide during sign-up?

You'll need to:

  • Enter your email address
  • Accept the terms and conditions by clicking the checkbox
  • Complete the sign-up process

Is Bill Pay better on mobile or desktop?

Bill Pay is easier to use on the desktop version of Home Banking, though it's available on both platforms.

What happens after I enter my email?

After entering your email, you'll be taken to the "Welcome to Bill Pay" screen. From there, click the "Continue to Settings" button to get started by choosing the default account to use for payments or to set up payment alerts.
