With nearly two decades of experience in the credit union industry, Marsha brings a strong foundation in leadership development, people-first strategies, and culture transformation, making her an exceptional addition to this influential national committee.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Marsha is the founder of A Village Child, a nonprofit organization that supports children in Jamaica through access to education, technology, food, and health resources.

Her father also served as a counselor for the Jamaican government, further shaping her values around service and community.
