This program is designed specifically for:

  • Education professionals such as teachers, school administrators, counselors, and librarians.
  • Medical professionals such as doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and medical technicians.

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum credit score of 680.
  • Two-year verifiable full-time employment history.
  • Debt-to-income ratio of 41% or less.
Do I need to be a PrimeWay member to apply?

Yes, PrimeWay membership is required to qualify for this mortgage loan. If you’re not a member yet, we can help you join during the application process.

What types of properties qualify for this mortgage?

The loan is available for purchasing a primary residence only.
Condominiums, Manufactured Homes, Barndominiums and government-backed loans like FHA, VA and USDA mortgages are not eligible.

What is the maximum loan amount I can apply for?

The program offers financing for loan amounts between $100,000 and $1,000,000.

Can I include my closing costs in the mortgage?
Yes! With 104% financing, you can finance 100% of the home price plus an additional 4% to help cover closing costs. 
What if I have student loans? Can I still qualify?

Yes, as long as your debt-to-income ratio does not exceed 41%, you may still qualify. Our mortgage specialists can guide you on managing your financial profile for approval.

Do I need to provide proof of employment or study?

Yes, you'll need to provide documentation confirming a minimum of two years of verifiable full-time employment in the medical or educational field.
