Account Alerts Customized By You

Stay informed with account alerts that inform you via text1 or email about balances, transfers, payments and other transactions. You can choose and customize the account alerts you want to receive for PrimeWay checking and savings accounts, loans and CDs.

For your customized alerts, you can choose how often they are sent, which day of the week you want to receive them, and even add a personal message to any alert you select.

You can also request account updates at any time on your mobile phone with text banking.

To customize the following alerts, log into online banking, go to Additional Services on the navigation menu, and click Mobile Banking & Alerts to access Alerts management.

Automatic Security Alerts to Protect You

To ensure the security of your accounts, we'll always send you automatic alerts based on specific activity on your account, including:

  • Fraud text alerts
  • Address, email or phone number changes
  • Changes to your personal ID, password, PINs and other verification credentials
  • ATM/debit card changes (reports of lost/stolen cards, new card requests, card reissue notices, PIN changes)
  • Reactivation of dormant checking and savings accounts

How Do I Sign Up for Account Alerts?

If you've provided an email in your account information, you'll automatically receive alerts for account security and changes. You can add, edit and verify your email address when you log into online banking by selecting "My Settings" in the upper righthand corner.

To receive alerts on your mobile phone, you'll need register your phone. Here are the steps to register for text alerts.

Step 1:
Log into Online Banking and click Mobile Banking & Alerts located under Additional Services to access Alerts management.

Step 2:
Enter your phone number to receive a activation code.

Step 3:
Enter the activation code and select your primary account.
